In 2025 Jesse was elected to National Council for Actor’s Equity Association.

She currently sits on the following committees:

• Equal Opportunity Employment Committee

• Gender & Reproductive Justice

• Awards (Co-Chair)

• Intimacy & Nudity Contract Language

As a proud union member, Jesse believes  our freedom of speech, human rights, and liberation are intrinsically tied to the labor movement. She believes everyone deserves fair wages, benefits, and comprehensive workplace protections. She is committed to using her council seat to advocate for fellow union members actively making a living in today’s theatre industry.
